Our Applied Photophysics SX.18 MV stopped-flow spectrometer measures fast molecular reactions over the majority of biologically relevant wavelengths (~270-750nm). Sample mixing occurs within 2 milliseconds, with large pools of signal data recorded on the order of 10 milliseconds; longer time courses are also possible on this instrument. The system is equipped with temperature control to ensure accurate kinetic data. Additionally, the system has both excitation and emission monochromators to maximize the applicability of this fast analytical instrument.
