Our JASCO J-715 circular dichroism spectrophotometer is a robust instrument used to determine the secondary structural elements of macromolecules, as well as their stability and conformational changes under a wide range of conditions. Our JASCO CD spectrophotometer is also equipped with a Peltier temperature controller and an auto-titatration module that greatly expands the range of experiments which may be performed.
